Terms and conditions for courses and workshops

Registration and registration conditions:

• Registration takes place through the registration form available on the Atlasbalans.com website
• You will receive confirmation in connection with the application by e-mail in the first instance or SMS if the e-mail is missing.
• Notice of the workshop is sent out 1 week before the start
• Registration is binding
• It is the participant’s obligation to ensure that we may reach you via email and telephone.
• Contact Atlasbalans directly at [email protected] if you do not receive email from us.

Cost and payment:

• The cost of the workshop is stated on the booking page.
• The registration fee is charged in connection with booking and is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel the workshop three weeks prior to the event you will get a full refund. After that no refunds are made.
• If you cancel the workshop due to sickness substantiated by a medical certificate, 50% of the fee is refundable.

Cancellation of workshop:

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the workshop if less than one third of the seats have been filled three weeks prior to the event as well as at events that are beyond our control, e.g. force majeure, strike, etc.
• If the course is canceled, the paid-in fee will be refunded without deduction.

Filming, photographing and audio recording:

• While participating you also give consent to be filmed, photographed and audio recorded.
